GA please Lay me Off

In our segment of the organization there is no leadership of management.

One of our leaders provided some insight the other day when he forwarded a message to his team

Titled

Inspiration

“Decide what you want.
Write it down.
Make a plan.
Work on it every damn day”

Managers don’t want to manage, train, or develop their people. There’s no glory in it, because it’s not a “high visibility,” brown nose project. Asking a question or for help seems almost offensive to these goons, especially if you’re a level IV or V. Congratulations, you’re middle management at GA. You’d think they were rocket scientists the way that they act.

The company is the source of mental health issues. The employee who does not own the company should not be making directions and risks and the company workflow shouldnt be organized in that manner. An ounce of prevention is worth more than a pound of the cure!

Are you ok?
I think the company provides some forms of mental health assistance.
