downgraded today, the banks are expecting that things will get bad from here. things are slowing down big time and now the question is how much of an impact this has. it'd expect that we will move and tighten the belt quite a bit, not sure what kind of cuts we'll have here at lennar but others will get impacted as well so you really cannto go and escape.
we'll see but hope things turn out better than i am envisioning it
