Whoever does the ordering is a huge problem. They don't order what we need but order items that are over stock. People are going elsewhere for one stop shopping. Has anyone read the warning label on walgreens potato chips? It has weird ingredients that cause cancer. This isn't the company I was hired to work for. This company has a corp office that resemble the Keystone Cops.. They keep adding more work and cutting hrs.. It's like corp is trying to destroy the company..
There is a reason why they are being done because if you fall below meeting standards guess who is going to be out the door when cuts have to be made.
That makes me sick just reading that. There should be no bonuses across for anyone. Why are we even doing end of year reviews?? For what? No merit or bonus it’s a waste of time as usual.
