Has anyone been contacted this week with regards to the layoffs? Does anyone have any news on what is going on? The waiting game is just exhausting :-(

Decline the severance if you are suing Nielsen.
When the meeting comes, take your time, listen to what’s said. If it helps, request to have someone there who can support you (union reps help if you have one)
Prepare well ahead. Know your rights and what you are willing to negotiate (time, severance, bonus, holiday pay, shares, and company property). Usually time matters to the business (the fast they get your signature the sooner they can put all your costs below the line therefore improving EBITDA), so, use that - sign fast if they give you what you want.
Don’t be smart and download lots of data/ documents (it will be monitored) and don’t post anything about your process on socials - it can negate the process.
Remember, it will not be personal. There is life outside Nielsen.
Not yet, they did say 2-3 weeks. But did you not how wonderful it will be for the business? Lol. Monsters.
