Thread regarding Citigroup Inc. / Citibank / Citi layoffs

Citi is managed badly (not news, but I am angry about it anyway)

So how can we expect that reorg/cuts will be managed well when done by some people who led us into this mess in the first place? We’ve been going through a lot of stress, anxiety, chaos with teams and management of workload, all with no end in sight, and for what? It’ll be as bad as before, except many of us will be out of work.

Are you not getting it by now? The idea is not to make a better, more ethical and competent bank, it’s simply to make a RICHER bank…so of course it will be as bad, if not worse, than before.
Keeping staff under pressure and anxious is a deliberate strategy to keep staff from realising the true purpose. Wake up!!😴🥱
