Optum Orlando is the worst. Beyond poor leadership and the lack of integrity, this is like no other I've ever witnessed. I'm sure layoffs will only affect hard-working people and not "leaders" in positions they have no business being in. The doctors aren't worth cr-p, and yet somehow the teams are held accountable for their lack of productivity. "Leadership" is only good for sweeping things under the rug. Layoff or not, my time with this sh*t company is limited. It's a shame because my team (except Docs) is amazing.

I keep getting recruitment emails for positions at various Optum Clinics in Central Florida. It seems like they all have a hard time retaining staff since these emails have been constant for the last 6 months.
See... I've been waiting for someone to mention Orlando. I'm scared because I just started a position here in one of the clinics. Why would they hire people knowing they're going to get rid of us?
