Baker Hughes has no loyalty to its employees at all. No vacation time, no sick time... and you are just a number. Doesn't matter if you have been with them decades. I hope the company folds.

Work for them in the UK, there is so much miss management and confusion, you can bounce around for years not doing a lot and take the pay check. Just pretend you’re stacked out 24/7 with a few timely chosen emails late and early during the day and you’re golden. The fact the senior management don’t even understand what we make or do makes it even easier……Or even better come up with a fugazi like universal controls and you might even get a few promotions……

What? I take off one week each month and no one has said anything or even notice. I love working here. lol
Yeah you can blame Regan for that , that guy and his policies single handily destroyed unions and effectively began the end of the middle class . Still waiting for that trickle down economics to hit
