I have full faith. AI will soon deliver self driving cars, followed by self creating spreadsheets, AI will be able to 3d print Dell laptops in China at record speed. The Chinese and Indian government will not steal the AI secrets because of AI. To the moon!

Low level managers do the bidding of the people that are running the show. Leadership that run everything have an overall strategy called Dell Modern which charts the future of less people and more work. "LESS PEOPLE MORE WORK". If Leadership had a mantra, this would be it. If they think you are getting MORE SALES out of this, I don't think it can be done.
Leadership believes chat bots are the next industrial revolution.
