Heard sales is collapsing enterprise and commercial. Management across all BU will collapse, DCSE role gone, big shake up
So are titles changing for management being asked to be Team Leads? Or are they defaulting to the current title structures for that level as an IC?

Happens ALL the time. Seen VP's become Fellows and Directors become Senior Consultants. And then their HC is spread out to make the spans and layers for others to keep their titles.

No. It’s all levels. Some managers will become ICs again but all levels are on the table.
How does that work - managers being team lead? As I8? I9? So basically demoted?
Lots in PG that didn’t make revenue for past so many years. Love it.
Managers with less that required HC will be given option to be Team Leads.

so they are going to let managers go who dont have 14 reports ? Thats mine gone so , lol
Middle management will be hit for sure as they are about to introduce this new rule where every manager needs to have at least 14 direct reports. But it seems that regular employees are gonna be hit too…
