Recent layoffs just added to the already bad atmosphere. I’m going through the motions, and it takes me much longer to do any task because I don’t care. I see my colleagues struggle as well. I don’t know for how much longer it will be possible for this company to be remotely efficient with this culture.

I mean #496 on the Fortune 500, barely even a player and the management has been, and continues to be, an ongoing joke for several years, quite well known. Always cracks me up when they talk about being a $5-6 Billion company. Does not say too much with the terrible debt ration we are holding, robbing Peter to pay Paul.
This company is a giant dumpster fire of incompetence. I feel like we work at a startup where leadership (and IT) is bumbling around with no idea what they are doing. I can't believe we work for an established Fortune 500 company.
yeah if they think anyone is trying from now until august and then november when the supposed second/third round is coming they are out of their mind
