Even Boots Leadership is Bailing

WBA just can't get it right. No one wants to be part of this organization anymore. The list of good people who have run from this company or were forced out is ridiculous. They lost and continue to lose their stars....and instead replace them with losers. Pathetic......

  1. DEI infusion, almost blackmailing management. Not just Roz - Guhari is the worst of the lot. They selected an absolute novice who lacks the training to lead a very critical segment of the tech org.

So many dedicated employees have lost jobs, money, and their souls to this place......there was a time when it was like a family.....now for those who remain, I can only assume it's a cult. History will look back at this and recognize: 1) The importance of a Board that actually pays attention and takes action (strike one at WBA), 2) The destruction of DEI to companies in the form of great leaders being replaced by great actors (The Roz experiment), and 3) Loyalty doesn't matter, it's a job, a business, and never put your job in front of family (Ironically a company built around the concept of helping and saving lives has destroyed thousands of employees lives). This is a class action lawsuit that SHOULD be a given. The monies paid to Roz alone (post departure) could easily fund the monies lost by so many dedicated employees. Oh, and let's not forget about the worst Vp case of nepotism ever ie Stefano and Ornella. You can't make this stuff up......
