Can’t wait until warren buffet croaks and this downward spiral ends, missed contracts, higher cost to everyone, laborers being given craft jobs, and Katie farmer is railroader of year, for what…I’ve never seen morale at the railroad so low. There’s no way this can continue without a catastrophic incident happening, and even then the NTSB and FRA have no interest to stop any of it. BNSF seems to be selling off its stake in Texas to Ferromex, as TxDot leased the SORRL to TP(a subsidiary of Ferromex) to bring freight across the border tariff free under a waiver, which means no fines or real inspections from Mexico to Kansas, and won’t be long until the other half is sold off to KCS or CN. It’s just a matter of time

Munger was the peace keeper between labor and the investors this all started when he died. Buffets annual letter came out right after he died, Buffet praised the guy, then went after bnsf with all four fangs, Munger was snake but a ring neck Buffet is a viper.
https://www.seattletimes.com/seattle-news/climate-lab/judge-orders-bnsf-to-pay-wa-tribe-400m-for-trespass/. 400 million dollar lawsuit for BNSF violating contract agreements for over 3 decades with Native Americans last week, seems like this company has a history of violating and disregarding contract agreements, unions should hire this attorney, and file a lawsuit to receive all profits made by BNSF while utilizing scab contract labor or other contracted companies to circumvent contractual labor agreements made in bad faith with unions
Temple has pretty much lost GE if it can’t be fixed on the fuel rack or fuel pad they will ship it north of Barstow
Houston now run by RJ Corman, San Angelo ram by Texas Pacifico, Tulsa has no GE, everything south of Kansas being piece meal eliminated by BNSF, I bet Temple will lose GE as well before too long, just to ensure what’s left of small shops will be contracted out similar to the Omnitrax days
