What’s “MOST”? Throwing a blanket statement on the table you have to be bnsf management who’s notorious for that tactic. The only difference between a brown nose and a $h*thead is depth perception.
Not entirely true, there are some excellent performers but the majority of workers complain to do the bare minimum. Pretty embarrassing tbh.
