Anyone receive their severance package yet or any kind of communication from HR?
How have they not been prepared for this?! HR knew this was happening.

Package is based on job grade not tenure.
still nothing. no email yet. i'm thinking a lawsuit if healthcare ends tomorrow.
Is this all just voyix? Anyone know if Atleos will be affected???

HR was impacted as well. No one knew this was coming.
When I was RIF 18 months ago, they RIF me on a teams call, ask me for a personal email, I finally hung up after telling the boss he should be ashamed of himself. 23 years took 4 min to end. 2 min after I got my RIF package on my personal email, my laptop locked and phone was remotely factory reset. I emailed my employment lawyer my RIF package 5 minutes later to review.
I didn’t get any information on the call when I was let go, but got a package via email last night.
