I love my job and I love the people I work with, however, the stores do not have the tools to provide great service to our customers. Every one I work with gives 100 percent, but we just can't keep up with markdowns, placement, and recovery. Every one works together, but at the end of the day, we all feel like we fail. The stores need support.
