Been 30 years of retail making high schoolers take useless personality tests for minimum wage jobs, but big corps can't be bothered to screen the new VP making half a mil for a glaring anti-social personality disorder.
The ONTAP VP from that came from Cisco is going to ki-l ONTAP with her vindictive layoffs.
And once ONTAP is dead, NetApp is dead.

This is more common than you might think. The Recent Directors and VPs that have been brought into the company have almost destroyed some products. They are completely and uterrly clueless about the products they're supposed to be leading. It's obvious to anyone with half a brain cell these "leaders" are here to cash in. Nothing more. Unfortunately, the people who bring real value will continue to suffer for their stupidity.
