Anyone else hear about the guy on a MS Teams WAVE meeting that decided to take a shower while leaving his phone camera on thus showing 200+ people full frontal? Can’t make this stuff up. Hilarious…..

I really dislike the whole employee resource group thing. If I wanted to spend time discussing family planning I'd do it on my own time. I can't wait for this stuff to go away (it will eventually, but I fear it's going to be a long wait).
I agree with the comment about WAVE. When I started at Shell I joined them to tick off a GPA item and volunteered to be part of planning events. After several long meetings of planning and disruptive group chats, I asked how anyone gets work done. No one could give me a good answer. I stopped attending. I have actual work to do. DEI is great as long as it doesn’t get in the way of being productive.
The latest events from WAVE are talks on menopause and family planning. Call me old fashioned, but I don’t want to hear about that at work.
I feel bad for the guy that had his junk exposed but even worse for him that he thinks he has to attend those calls.
