Is Alex Chriss a worse CEO?

$40+m package (double that of Dan's), but hardly make any improvements? And morale all time low?

A majority of CEO’s lacks compassion, transparency and leadership. When you make it to the executive level and beyond, there’s little incentive for them to see anyone underneath their level as a valuable member of the company. Their primary goal is to deliver value to shareholders of the company. As someone who knows a CEO in a different company, I assure you that they’re laughing at the employees that were let go as these CEO’s often boast about themselves and crack jokes in private amongst other CEO’s and senior leaderships about all the different kinds of people they have working (worked) at the company. If you are part of a certain social circle within the company, you would fare much better than the rest. At least with Dan, I’d say he was significantly a much better CEO.

If his decisions fail, its we who lose our jobs. While I think Dan was woke joke, Alex is better but thats low bar to clear.

This is a tough call. Part of the reason all of this cr-p is happening now is because of Dan and Friends’ mismanagement of things. It was never going to be an easy fix.

The guy is too young and inexperienced. I have a feeling he will either leave or be removed from the board soon. I've been hearing some rumors circulating at higher levels.

Well there’s lots of management changes going on which will take time to bed in. CEOs don’t wave magic wands
