company realigning workers showing up to work, Looks like its going to be a long strike. Operation are starting to get back up to speed. Planes still getting delivered and does not look like they are going to miss any deliveries. Oddly enough productivity is much better.

ask from Union is way too much, looks like not deal right now.
Salary non-excempt got their marching orders to replace the union workers during the strike, looks like the company knows something the union does not.
