There are showers in merrimack, don’t need the hose out back
Only reason more time in office would help your career is if you are blowing smoke up your bosses a-s every day.
Time spent in office has no correlation to how smart or productive one is.
So when Roger asks us if we “want a job or a career”, I want to know: does the Career option come with a daily commute to an office where I have no time to say hello to anyone, back to back meetings including meetings at lunch because we have a million priorities, constant team and org structure movement it’s dizzying, a lack of delivery for any Agile modernization, zero accountability from leaders for their mistakes, a constant change in our onsite requirements and veiled threats from HR, no so veiled threats from Roger, with a near impossible promotion track to begin with. You basically have to bleed 60 hour weeks for a promotion.
I don’t want a career any longer Roger. I want stability and sanity. I’ll take the job and you can keep your carrot and stick.

Re: “Roger hate.” At yesterday’s Wealth Town Hall, he reminded everyone that 2 weeks in the office starts in September, and then said, if you want a job at Fidelity, you need to be in the office 2 weeks a month. And if you want a career at Fidelity, you’ll be in more than 2 weeks
Where is all this Roger hate coming from? Someone fill me in, I must’ve missed a recent announcement. I rarely read those emails or watch anything from fidcentral.

This makes me wonder if the people sleeping, po----g, and peeing in the temporary South Station entrance ramp early every morning are actually employees of 245 trying to save time by cutting out the commute.
There’s a hose used by grounds keeping out back if MMK buildings that I use. Water is cold tho.
I hear using the one in Roger stiles office is probably the best one. Start sleeping outside his door too. Show that commitment!
