A previous thread I started was deleted. A response I posted was also deleted. And it seems obvious that someone is going in and either upvoting or downvoting responses to pretty much zero out the overall votes to almost all of the posts. Feels super shady.

If you say something defamatory or share specific details/names of people where you allege improper/illegal behaviour it will likley be reported and removed. Likley a positive for those making the posts vs having dell legal following you up with legal action. That's my view anyway.. remember, it's play nice but win, not fair and win 😉
All the best Dell! Sell those ai servers, win that market share, grow your share value, but please..... get rid of the people that have been hanging on for years and not providing a real result/growth.
Any leader in any organization with 20+years in the same role with zero tertiary education and limited professional acheivement is not a recipe for innovation or growth, more so risks creating an environment of fuggery, nepotism and repeat redundancies to drive an organisational outcome vs having the right people in the right roles to drive organic growth.
Not that this would ever happen @ Dell

I am the OP. I have never sworn, violated the published rules of this site, never been banned or had to change my IP address or anything like that. Just bizarre. Honestly, I don’t really care that much. I spent a long time at Dell and while I don’t miss Dell, I miss a lot of my friends at Dell and am interested to know what is happening there and who is being adversely affected by WFR.
Comment below about abiding by the rules is incorrect. Anyone who seems to tell the truth is also banned
If you had to change your IP/device in order to post chances are you’ve got banned for swearing or violating the site rules in some other way. Full list of rules can be found in the page footer - it comes down to no spamming, trolling or insulting/bullying others.
