It’s been a year since we learned of it…anyone still holding out?

I was targeted for being laid off because my boss told his mgmt chain that he believed that I would not RTO (despite me not indicating one way or the other). Honestly, it was a blessing in disguise. Schwab is a soul su-king shallow gene pool, at best. Thanks for the big pile of money, mo--ns!
As Schwab has not enforced this uniformly, they are now unable to fire anyone without being sued for BIG money.
I resigned late last year right before RTO, it’s been amazing, thanks for asking!
The title of this thread reminds me of Arrested Development: Never Nu-e
Ok troll. Yeah you would have wished to stay in this toxic cess pit called Schwab. This will come back to bite Schwab in the butt eventually.
I had refused to come in. I was fired without severance. I have mortgage to pay, kids to feed. My house is now at risk, and I can't pay the bills. Wish I had just complied.
Most people just stay home. There is no enforcement. Feel sorry for the people that fell for it, and get into the office for nothing.
they're extinct! or at least an endangered species
Still unapproved WFH 100%. I don’t even know where my badge is and have decided I don’t need no stink in’ badges.
At first I was fine with being fired over it. Now given the unequal enforcement and attacks on those who aren’t near an office I think I’d have fun fighting regardless of outcome.
Most managers are letting their people just stay home. Senior leaders will start running badging reports and then the real drama begins!
Still 100% wfh here.
A year? You do realize that general RTO actually started 2 years ago in 2022, and many of us have been coming in since then on a regular basis.
ROT = RTO thanks to typo/ auto correct.
Can someone please explain what ROT is?
Those, if any, are gone.
ROT?
F*** schwab
They would have been fired by now
ROT? Something smells alright.
Love how the trolls down vote a question. They are probably at the office! They RTOed because they realized they need their job.
