So many people leaving and it's alot of experience people who have been shown no loyality from waters, bad feeling in the air at the moment and may get worse, best waters have done is gave us a free dinner.

Make it a horrible place to work seems to be the strategy to make people leave of their own accord.being ignorant to people hurts, not least their own character.
Actually the company is delighted to see people leave especially when your not a moneymaker.salary savings like these are an unexpected gift.

I feel your pain, Wilmslow the same , it's like a Bollywood nightmare movie here , people leaving and company only recruiting internally to back fill the experience out the door , it's a total mess , just do everything on the cheap!!!! The man is like a cat with 9 lives!!!! He must be a Tamal Tiger!!!!!
