Enterprise and commercial T1 merge. Trim excess. Mb gone absorbed.
AE’s and Dcse merged -trim excess.
Specialty consolidation but I’m hearing that specialty will have the bulk of their cuts in February.
This will be a very large and uncomfortable event.

Last August notices went out on Monday the 8th ish and the final day was that upcoming Friday. So plan for August 5th or 12th for your calendar invites.
Restructuring is a way to conceal layoffs. Think about it.
I am planning for 8/16. It aligns with end of pay period.

The layoffs and restructuring will happen at the same time. Some get walking papers and others are told who their new boss is!
Formal emails regarding restructuring most likely. Of course, it won’t specifically address WFR but that will be part of it.
