Are people frustrated by the worthless RSUs in addition of constant worry about being laid off?

Yeah I had to sacrifice nearly $60k recently but that's how the agreement works...there's no dishonesty here
the problem i believe is not really the rsu's being 'worthless', but more about decreasing value, given how much the stock price has dropped.
Yes we get to keep the vested ones but more than half of the ones I was awarded are unvested, so I lose them.
But they only take unvested ones. They were awarded in that way though so not sure what the issue is? We get to keep the vested ones. This is how it is anywhere…
Well I'm being made redundant AND losing RSU's I was given as a hard earned award, they're not worthless to me.
What makes them worthless???
I am frustrated that I got laid off and honestly, I don't care about the RSUs. If you're upset and don't want to work for this company anymore, let me know. I would be very happy to continue work here, even with the RSUs being less valuable. Be grateful that you still have a job and haven't been laid off.
Now go back to work...
