Or maybe the ones that get the down votes are or were just normal employees that have no problem speaking the truth. I'm sorry if the truth doesn't fit your personal opinion, but not everyone that posts here is a manager. I'd like to think that many people on here really don't care if feelings get hurt. The truth su-ks and sometimes you just have to embrace it. Down vote that!
