Best case scenario: CDK will continue to exist in some form and some of us will maybe still have a job.

will the scapegoats be any disgruntled ex-employees...old macdonald had worked really hard at making as many of those as possible. There are literally several hundred people who could have performed this hack easily and were highly motivated to do so.
It has been years since I worked there and I still think negatively of them...wonder if any of my asp backdoors still work and how much I could sell them to the next hacker?
Straighten up your resume now. Get out there before recruiters and hiring managers fully associate CDK = incompetence, and before you have that stain on your career while looking for another job.

@cyj is right, it's about time for the hunt for the guilty, punishment of the innocent, and praise for the non-participants.
