I don’t think the lack of updated metrics for SW/BHCM’s indicates they’ll be laid off this month. There have been very few changes for those roles within the “new clinical care model”, so there’s not really anything to update.

No updated metrics were released for medical
SW or BHCM at Landmark… thoughts?

It’s my understanding that the SW role with Landnark will be changing which is why the BH huddle is changing. Not sure if those employed will have a different job or be laid off for BSW staff. I’m pretty tired of waiting and wondering. There is some disease program moving over from optum to Landmark that has telephonic SW that work nationwide, so they are not embedded in a market like they are now.

Updated performance metrics were released for Landmark roles. CHAs weren’t even mentioned.

according to other post thats the outcome but that’s what they said last time and nothing happened so it just kind of a wait and see. from looking at the downhill everyday issues CHAs have been facing seem like that will be the end honestly. Everyday it has just gotten worse and worse. There is no hope for CHAs to last in the scheduling department, hopefully they have decided to keep and push CHAs into only community outreach since job market is absolutely HORRENDOUS right now. I have been vouching for CHAs in my market but they aren’t looking at managements concerns and cares.
