While waiting for another round of layoffs, go look for other options. This company is folding, it will be just worse from here. Wouldn’t you rather be worrying about layoffs in some workplace that’s actually worth it? A place less toxic, less stressful, paying better, and managed at least a bit better (which is not so hard to achieve)?

Same as it ever was been this way for over a decade its an acquired taste and immunity eventually arrives where the stress goes away. Hide in the chaos cash them checks and go on with life. The tone suggests people are part of a new acquisition which is stressful being in that position. Standard M & A those purchased bye bye. If you survive not too bad. And seriously are you a fresh 18 year old to ever believe corporate propaganda about caring for the customer using your product. It is always about the $$. The elites of the world want that ROI and there are plenty of useful id--ts to do their bidding. Been that way from stone age and will continue.
100% accurate on the post below this one.
This place is an absolute mess. The blind leading the blind. Clueless.
They just acquire, ruin, and dump... they add no value. It's all circular in nature.
The goal = increase shareholder value at the expense of healthcare. They care about lining their pockets for departure.
They have no interest in making a better healthcare system or helping patients, etc.
The culture is toxic. The conditions are deplorable and debilitating. They play psychological games with employees, create unbearable levels of stress, and don't care about anything but their end game. What an absolute mess.
