In a few short weeks all will be revealed. I’m hearing the impact is very large.
After Phase 1 and Phase 2 in IDT the phases should keep coming. Overweight and costly with so much redundant and unnecessary work everywhere. Inflated job titles at senior levels. Senselessly political even at lowest levels. Make Work roles with no purpose aside from inflating the expense base and slowing things down. We in the Business receive the semi regular invoice-allocation and are shocked. Euros flying out the door and for what. Clear out the Hague and start over. Now!!!!!!
Not deep enough
Do not be fooled as these are layoffs disguised as a "Reshape". A corporate way to save face for the next bunch of fools thinking they will retire with a great pension.

Stupid is as stupid does. Remember, YOU are the power, the hand that feeds. When people want something, direct them to India expertise. India wants your expertise—refer them to a process or your manager. Let America become the "slowpokes" in the industry.
