Much awaited CPM is announced. With underloaded factories, revenue faltering, cash flow getting dire not all that surprising.
The bigger question is, will TD participate, or take the usual excuse that all 10+k needed to establish the unquestioned process leadership?

When was CPM announced in MSO?
OP states "With underloaded factories" If that is true than earnings will be a disaster and there is no need to be building more capacity.
Please please please come to CCG - we need more voluntary CPM.

What part of MSO is this? I asked 50 people none of them heard about it nor impacted. MSO is a huge org. Fab is running with minimal head count with so many technologies coming in.
