As title, what's going on in Dell NL, rumor mill is going wild with talk about merging NL and BE under the NL CEO, MB segment going away.
Today there was an OR meeting, out of the blue, attended by senior management staff.
Friday we will "hear" more, anybody has news?
I've only been with Dell 1,5 years wildest ride of my life at 50+. Regret every single moment of it.
Any update on the Benelux future org ?
MB in Belgium is a mess atm, all the good sales have left
There will be a big re org in emea. Individual Countries will be put into regional, e.g. Germany Austria Switzerland into DACH with just 1 lead. Same for the Rest of EMEA
You should move on. We don’t need miserable Dutchmen cluttering Workday.

Keep up or you wont survive Dell.
