PMO = Project Management Office(?)
What is the PMO role? Sorry, I’m low level operations team and there’s so many roles and departments I know nothing about
They are probably the ones producing charts of where and how and who to terminate for the "most" savings which make themselves valuable.
Used to work under the pmo before I was canned in October. You could have eliminated 90% of that department with no visible impact. A team of dinosaurs armed with Gantt charts and ways of creating endless busy work.
Plenty more PMO roles they could cut - total overhead!
