Heat vans are now at use on the Yuma Sub and by all means need to be used when you're train goes UDE or you get a darn hot wheel, hot box, dragger or any other situation you need to walk you're train in that heat and possibly get sick or die.

How is a person who spends the majority of their time while at work either in an air conditioned locomotive cab or an air conditioned hotel room supposed to get physically acclimated to triple digit heat? Heat Stroke should be avoided at all coats, even heat exhaustion should be prevented.
Just walk the train and stop your crying. Pretty sure you read the job description whe you were applying for the job. If you can't walk a train , you need to be pull out of service and go under a medical evaluation.
