I wonder with Meyer out of the picture it is a different situation now for Host.

Because the companies are sinking. Travel nursing isn't in high demand anymore and many of these companies got so far in debt that it's nearly impossible to get out of the hole now. That's why all the layoffs are occurring to cut costs to hopefully get back in the green. If CEOs are bailing that's usually not a good sign. Similar to how the former CEO at medical solutions left abruptly and then layoff after layoff occurred and you can see the track record with that company now. Hoping for the best and that a trickle effect doesn't occur after.
