After exceeding performance and receiving a .65% bonus from leaders (and CEO graciously adding 2% to try and placate employees), does anyone else feel a union is needed? They are cutting from the people lowest on the foodchain, who could use the money for you know— food and housing?

There will be no unions to save your sorry behinds. Unions never help the productive employees they only help the lazy, no good employees that shouldve been terminated months ago.
So if you are lazy and dont like working then ADP is not the place for you and you are encouraged to leave. Perhaps a career in mobile sanitation pickup is in your future.
I’ve thought many times that union representation would be helpful but I don’t know how people would get grouped into bargaining units because the jobs are so siloed.
I see no future at adp. Jobs are going overseas, the products are not improving and ‘leadership’ doesn’t exist.
A union may be needed, but ADP will never accept that.
I wouldn’t be surprised if they eliminate the WAO. Carlos implemented it, Maria might eliminate it.
