I got less than 10 years with Shell. Should the hourly folks be worried too?

I doubt GoM hourly will be affected. The annual natural loss rate is good enough to thin the heard. Also any hourly SVS would result in entirely too many people leaving. Somebody has to mind the assets and make the money. If something does happen, you only have to be better than 1 in 10 to outperform the people that should be cut anyways.

Not sure what dw hourly is. but every department can expect a 20% cut by the end of this…
