There is a job post on linked in for a SVP of lean transformations. The job description tells it all. They are focusing on being a lean company with process improvements and outsourcing work. The lack of transparency is disgusting.

I noticed the job posting too. We are headed for a sterile, robotic work environment devoid of the qualities that really made Medical Solutions different from the rest of corporate America. We touted care and all of that and hello, there’s no care inside anymore. Brain drain.
Honestly not surprised. They never had been transparent. This tells you everything you need to know of where the company is going and it doesn't look like it is heading in a good direction. Pretty much abandoning everything that the company has done previously for many years that made them such a great company. The new leadership and CEO is going to run this company into the ground. I don't know how anyone would want to continue to work for this company knowing where it is heading. Doesn't make you feel very secure. The post on LinkedIn is really telling.
