If you look at the Milford-specific Glassdoor rating, it’s actually much worse. When your HQ has the worst score, your culture is officially broken.

Brace yourselves for an influx of five-star reviews by management highlighting the “amazing culture”. Rather than addressing the problems, they’ll just try to drown out the growing calls for change with overtly positive nonsense that no one has said at Waters since before COVID. The only thing successful thing leadership has done since then is replace Lotus Notes (10 years after everyone else)
