This "company" is SO mislead (Oh, and by the way WA and AK, claim to be not for profit) The executive leadership team cannot do anything without a consulting company telling them it may be the right decision. This is one of the most mismanaged companies with the most overpaid, mismanaged, stuck nurturing off Gartner, etc al. advice. There is ZERO proprietary here. If you have a buyer, take it. Because without your "reserves", there is no company.
