To be fair, no individual who takes the health of their team seriously wouldn't hire, promote, or bother interviewing some clown who can't even punctuate a sentence and thinks the problem isn't a skill issue...To say nothing of the attitude you must exude on interviews as a consequence of your mere bigoted existence.
By the by, if 119 managers identifying as female is a problem to you, because only 21 are male, you do believe in quota — or, equivalently, that equitable hiring patterns are reflected numerically — and your position is inconsistent.

The VP who interviewed me asked about how DEI impacted me applying for the position. I explained at the time there were 119 managers. 21 were male. I was trying to break the cycle.
