Thread regarding Union Pacific Corp. layoffs

CSR testing Blitz Again

Well, they are back making points with another CSR blitz, high fiving like they won the lottery when they hide in the bushes and catch someone. We need to slow it down and follow the rules! Don’t use anything to help them out. Walk, don’t use your cell phone, over apply blue signal , LOTO everything, use their own rules to your advantage.

The management teams at UP getting more stupid for having rules to get their hard workers getting fire for doing their work. No wonder nobody want to fix anything because the more you work you will end up with all B.S. safety rule violation.

I’m sure the union leaders are working hard to put a stop to this nonsense. You know, the same ones that will be telling us in the next few months who we should vote for.

Yep I hear in Mechanical Givens is having calls like twice a day asking these supervisors who they got and what they are gonna do the next day to catch people. So sick of this bullsh-t. Ive also heard they are watching on cameras. Possibly Drones will be flying again. Its not about safety because these bi--hes will hide watch and wait until you break the rule then come nail your a-s. Even making an attempt is not acceptable anymore. Just remember they can take exception to whatever they want. I've seen guys even tagging out MU cutouts before hooking the hoses up. Because WHAT IF someone tries to turn it on while your hooking it up. They might take exception and critical rule your a-s. That Halmar sh-t is out the window now. Escalate Escalate Escalate.

This is a planned move in which the FRA was shut down by the company who obviously has more power then. Our government/country - to buy time to gather data and torture employees and fire half the workforce . Just to show results to the FRA - it’s has absolutely nothing to do with safety- just power over the American railroader working class .

No quotas you say? It's not on paper but as a manager you were told from ftx's to commits and current if you didn't have at minimum a 30% coaching rate you weren't doing your job. Your director is a liar.

Imagine being in such a useless position to where you fix nothing or even have an impact of production. All you do is watch for a hard working employee to break a rule.

We have a manager that had the shop radio in his utility vehicle programmed so that it would stay on for 10 minutes after he turned the key off, so that he could spy on the switch crew at night, with no lights on or an engine idling, while listening on their channel, to try to catch them making a mistake.

I dont need any bushes but I do like a few high fives. I usually just make something up and nail you. My goal is for everyone to be in MAPs by the end of the year. If you don't like it, we'll good luck winning your investigation when we are your judge and jury.

Our director let the cat out of the bag, admitting there are quotas to meet. Now that it’s a new month since the last round, get ready to see it again.
