What do the hundreds of contractors from abroad even do? as any improvement request to a system almost seems to fall into a black hole with one person in charge and never getting anything done, yet I see hundreds of these contractors on campus, what even are these people doing? They're certainly not assisting in any improvement needed.
Tech budgets get chopped, but the bumper bonuses for failing leaders stay intact.
LOL! Not so much as embarrassing but totally against the consent order. This evidences Citi’s technological condition. Trying to cut corners and putting a band-aid to huge problems. You can’t implement new technology when your data is unusable and resides in antiquated systems. Citi still relies on Excel data for regulatory reporting. SMH.
Investing in proper technology will affect budget lining people’s pockets.
