There’s a hotline for these things. Instead of turning a blind eye or having the mentally that nothing will be done about it, these things should be formally reported. Apache doesn’t own the hotline. It’s not like the tips on corruption are going straight to corrupt departments. As a publicly traded company, you have the ability to “see something, say something” and expect action to be taken. Investigations take months. It doesn’t mean the claims are ignored. The more detail and proof will escalate the case.

HR doesn't keep tabs on consultants but the mangers of them do. They are just turning a blind eye to the shenanigans of the consultants. Hunting trips, College and Pro Sports tix, clay shoots and golf tournaments are all paid for. In turn, APA gets inferior service from second rate contractors who buy the work.

JC's dugout tickets are a kick back from the nonsensical partnership we have had with the Astros. Only thing in common = cheaters

I’d like to see where all that charity donation to the Stros actually goes.

Yep. I know for a fact a certain member of the c-suite was gifted tickets to the masters tournament a while back. How that gets approved is beyond me.
