So I just got laid off on 7/18 in Tampa. Was wondering how long it took everyone to get they're severance packages?

Laid off 8/1 and deposited in account today (next pay check).
They said 2-3 PAY PERIODS...which is over a month. Ridiculous!!! Not to mention, they withheld 401(k), HSA, DCA a 401(k) loan from my last paycheck and those funds have gone missing...YES, they are GONE!! It shows deducted from my last paycheck, but none of the accounts show a corresponding deposit almost 2 weeks later. Also, my stock purchase plan money is suddenly missing as well...those funds were removed from Fidelity and are now GONE as well. I have spent hours on the phone with UHG and all they have done is "open a case" yet nearly two weeks after being laid off my money is still missing and no one can tell me where it is!!! Check your accounts people...they are stealing money!
It differs by state, google it in spark.
