Europe is doing better in job security than US.
May the odds be ever in your favor. If you are in India, then you have very good odds.
If you can't retire after working 10 years in tech, you did something wrong!
Job security has never actually existed in the private sector. Not in my 40+ years anyway. Government employees probably have more security, but with less pay.
