Thread regarding Qualcomm Inc. layoffs

Seems like we have a layoffs in October.

I am not 100% sure, it is based on few people who are VP level or directors level.
Q increase the headcount in India.

If that is the case then can you explain why the AHM was scheduled so late? The thought is the job cuts will take place before company wide meeting.
