The company has been fading fast since the days of Lundgren, Cantor, Sachse, Gatio, Harper and Clarke (HR) and others from the 2010's. Hoping Tony Spring can resurrect what Genette and Lawton led to the ways of Sears and JCP. The brand has deserved better!

Macy's it's simple, clean up your house if you want your guests to feel welcome :) or they will go elsewhere.
The customers stopped shopping because they don’t want to get robbed in the parking lot.
I agree with this statement! The company is following the path of Sears for sure. Even down to its moldy and smelly buildings. No wonder the customers have stopped shopping
