Layoffs will be announced soon. Starting with last quarter under performers, old rats, senior management and useless employees.

Am in high cost location, hiring like crazy in the past few months. Not sure where this "layoffs coming soon" is coming from.
Depends on the project... My project is growing at the moment and we have many people over 40 working, it seems like young people are leaving on their own, so it would not make any sense to remove older reliable employees.
@"Consideration to remove all the people getting old 40 years above..."
Wow, to think those young, know it all whippersnappers I started with at Accenture in 2006 have now reached the Big 40!
As they say, what goes around comes around. Best of luck weathering ACN's layoffs.
Layoff coming to a theater near you. Indians and Chinese will be laid off first for their ego issues.
The myth of Accenture as a blue chip, well run organization got busted a long time ago. "Song" is an unmitigated sh-t show. Such dishonesty and incompetence in leadership, with MDs as the standard bearers, is seldom seen. Most MDs couldn't manage or direct their way out of a wet paper bag. They're political hacks and leeches to be adored and glorified at the expense of the workers who actually drive deals and delivery. Like many other players Accenture has the market and media bullsh-tted up with a beautiful AI vision that doesn't yield anything but useless strategy Powerpoints in the long run. I the meantime leadership has tanked many viable revenue streams by letting duplicitous weasels play MD. This dog will be back under 300
NA HR layoffs include top performers with decades of knowledge and experience supporting people through the most challenging personal and professional situations. Remaining HR function with be “reimagined” with replacement talent sourced from LATAM locations who have a limited understanding of US labor law and culture, and support larger ratios of employees. Please prepare yourself and bookmark the policies site - you’re on your own kid! In all seriousness use the AI toolkit to help identify and understand key employees policies.
NA HR is not useless. I'd laugh so hard if you're on the chopping block.
CEO is concerned about long time benchers. Consideration to remove all the people getting old 40 years above, current quarter under performers. Partners who have sc--wed business relationship with existing clients. Getting more laid off engineers from Google, meta who are good in AI related technologies. The management wants to lay another 10% of useless workforce with a savings close to 1 billion.
Lots of people currently try on bench.
how come every quarter feels like Hunger Games?
