Anyone receive these docs in the mail? Not sure if I received bc I was a stockholder (though sold all when news of bankruptcy came out) or bc I am receiving bi weekly severance checks through November (or supposed to anyway). Curious if anyone is able to have the the doc (“notice of commencement of chapter 11 cases” “you are receiving this notice because your rights may be affected by the joint prepackaged plan of reorganization”) reviewed by a lawyer and decipher if anything in it implies that severance won’t continue to be paid in full to those with signed packages. If so, we only have until 8/26 to comment and figure a lot of of folks on this site may want to. Yes hr said we wouldn’t be impacted but why else am I getting this? Man if 2u sc--ws the employees they laid off to get this package put together in the first place - f that.

I think all of 2U's internal HR has been laid off or otherwise let go. They are now using an "HR Business Partner". Does the mean it's a third party HR that 2U is now using?
I received it in the mail and I never purchased any stock. Should I be concerned....
Now, its 68 cents. a US postage stamp is worth more than this stock.
I haven’t worked for 2U since last year, and sold off all of my stocks while I was still with them. Got the notice as well. Prolly for all current and former stock owners.
You can find more than 75 cents (the price of a 2u stock) dropped on the ground in the drive thru of a McDonald's every hour. My advice is, Do not agree to anything with HR or 2U, contact one of the lawyers that's suing them. 2u does not care and HR only protecting themselves. Talk to the lawyer to see IF they can help, but don't let HR know or see your plans.
